and it looked like I’d lost some really crucial documents. I called
Jason, who said that he could pop past and have a look, without charge,
that same day. When he arrived to run his diagnostics, he was efficient
and calming and friendly. Exactly what I needed! He discovered a
physical failure in the hard-drive and gave me a really competitive
quote if he was able to fix it. He didn’t pressure me to buy his
services or try to extort as much as he could. He took my laptop to his
office and called me the next morning to say that he had managed to
recover my documents and would be able to put a new disc in for a little
less than he had originally thought. I was really chuffed with that! He
then brought it back to my flat the next morning and helped me get back
up and running. I don’t know how much more I could have asked for,
really. He was consistently on time, personable, speedy, technically
adept and well priced. Highly recommended.
